OBITUARY


Stena Andersen was born at Hjrring, Denmark, October 8, 1853 (sic) and died at the home of her son Peter A. Pedersen, March 1, 1928 at the age of seventy-four years, four months and twenty-six days.


She came to America July 15, 1880 and was married to Rasmus Pedersen February 4, 1881 and to this union six children were born five sons and one daughter who died July 17, 1900 at the age of twelve years.


The five sons are all living in this community and are John, Peter., Chris, Henry and Lars.


They made their home on the farm south of Ruskin for twenty-nine years and then retired moving to Ruskin where they lived fourteen years until Mr. Pedersen's death March 7, 1924


Then she lived alone a couple of years and for the past two years has been Jiving with her son Henry.


Mrs Pedersen was a very patient sufferer through the long severe illness of last spring and also this last me


She leaves to mourn her loss the five sons, twenty-five grandchildren and a host of friends.
