Mrs. Mary C. Kaberline, 70, of 624 Phelps St., died today in a Sterling hospital.
Scripture and rosary service will be conducted 7:30 p.m., Thursday from the Chaney Walters Funeral Home.
Catholic Daughters scripture-rosary service 7 p.m., Thursday, Chaney-Walters Funeral Chapel. Scripture-rosary service 7:30 p.m., Thursday our chapel.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m., Friday from St. Anthony's Catholic Church.
Burial will follow in Riverside cemetery.
Mrs. Kaberline was a retired Mountain Bell employee.
She was born Aug. 23, 1906, in Topeka, Kan., the daughter of John and Constance Bellendir Monheiser and with her parents homesteaded northwest of Sterling in the Mt. Hope and Westplains area. She received her schooling in Sterling and married George J. Kaberline Aug. 12, 1924 in Sterling.
Mrs. Kaberline began her employment with Mountain Bell in 1949 and worked for the firm for 21 years, retiring in
1971. Mr. Kaberline died Nov. 10, 1973.
Mrs. Kaberline was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church, the Catholic Daughters, the War Mothers and the Veterans of Foreign Wars auxiliary.
She is survived by three sons, Carl Kaberline and George Kaberline, both of Greeley and Chris Kaberline of Cheyenne, Wyo.; two daughters, Mrs. Marge Albrandt of Sterling and Mrs. Louise Brunstrom of Palos Verdes, Calif.; her mother, Mrs. Costance Monheiser of Sterling; three brothers, John Monheiser, Pete Monheiser and George Monheiser, all of Sterling; two sisters, Mrs. Susan Bellendir and Mrs. Barbara Schneider, both of Sterling; 19 grand children and five great- grandchildren.
