Rose Harrison, 85, died Friday morning, January 9, 2004, at the North Big Horn Hospital in Lovell. Rose was born March 28, 1918, at Garland, to Gottfried and Sophie Miller.

Rose is survived by her husband of 67 years, Herrick; seven children, Loretta Tippetts, Dick Harrison, Bud Harrison, all of Lovell, Alice Card of St, Mary's, W. Va., JoAnn Knopp of Houston, Texas, Jean Dusenberry of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Jewell Shatto of Lander; 17 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by four sisters, Kate Spomer of Powell, Sophie Panasuk of Bainville, Mont., Minnie Gams of Lovell, and Emilie (Babe) Schierkolk of Riverton.

Mrs. Harrison was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Fred and John Miller; sister, Dorothea Fink; and one great-grandchild, Joshua May.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, January 14, 2004, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Lovell. Burial was in the Lovell Cemetery.
