Mrs. Hornak's Funeral Service
Mrs. Albina Hornak of West died at 1:45 p.m. Friday in a Hillsboro hospital. She was 54.
Funeral services were held at 9 a.m. Monday, June 25, in the West Church of Assumption. Msgr. I.J. Valenta officiated with burial in St. Mary's Cemetery.
Rosary was recited at 8 p.m. Sunday in the Aderhold-Moore Chapel in West.
Mrs. Hornak was born in West and had lived here almost all her life.
Survivors are her husband, Adolph Hornak of West; one son, Albert Hornak of West; three brothers, August Ondrej, Louis Ondrej and Joe Ondrej, all of Penelope; two sisters, Mrs. Roy De-Boer of California and Mrs. Millie Woytek of Cameron.
