It is believed that Felix was born in Radautz, Bukovina. He was the son of Joannis and Sophia Osczevski. He was likely a member of the Austro-Hungarian Army. Felix married Katherine Vollhoffer in Bukovina. He was a blacksmith by trade and also a farmer. Together Felix and Katherine had five children, Anton, Joseph, Helen, Stephanie and Emily. Felix died in 1908. Two years following his death Katherine along with their children immigrated to Saskatchewan, Canada. Katherine would remarry to Frank Kurtz and have two children with him.
