FRANK BITTNER

Chilton – Frank Bittner, 78, died at his home in this city Friday morning, after an illness of about four years.

He was born in Germany and came to America in 1872, locating in Calumet County. In 1878 he was married to Miss Agnes Heimann. They located on a farm in the town of Chilton, Just outside the city limits. They lived there until 14 years ago when they moved to Chilton.

He is survived by his widow, three sons, Joseph of this city and John and Robert in Chilton town, and two daughters, Anna of Osman and Sisters Mary Arnelia, a nun in the Notre Dame order, living in Spring Brook, Iowa.

The funeral will be held from St. Mary church Monday morning, the services to be conducted by the Rev. H. E. Hunck. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery.
