[note from Not Forgotten-Wis] I have spoken to someone in the area who said events for boy and girl scouts regularly had them remove the wooden baby grave markers as they started to disintegrate. No wooden markers remain.

Gravesite Details
Old Trinity Cemetery is a little and very old cemetery next door to Trinity Lutheran Church in Spring Grove. It is not the big Trinity Cemetery at the west end of town.
