Timan Eberhard Gilbertson, age 64, died Wednesday, Nov 1, 1950 at Spring Grove Hospital. He was the son of Gustav T. Gilbertson and Addie (Benson) Gilbertson. He married Effie Cora (Woyen) on Sep 16, 1914. Timan lived in Spring Grove all his life and was a painter by trade. Timan and Effie had no children. Timan suffered a series of strokes, starting in 1939 and was cared for by his devoted wife until his death. Survived by his wife; five brothers, Clarence, Peter, Gerhard, Henry, Oscar; one sister, Anna. Preceded in death by his father, his mother, who died March 18th of this year, and his youngest brother, Willlie in 1918. Funeral services were held, Saturday, Nov 4th at Trinity Lutheran Church and the body was interred in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery. Rev. O. Mikkelson officiated. His wife and all the family grieve the loss of a kind and loving husband, brother and uncle. Blessed be his memory.
