She arrived in the United States in 1913. A Lamar resident since 1987, she had formerly been a longtime resident of Holcomb and Garden City. She was a homemaker.
On May 21, 1935, she married Joseph P. Dreiling at Garden City. He died Nov. 7; 1967.
Survivors include: two sons, Joseph A., Deerfield, and John W, Garden City; four daughters, Dorothy Dreiling, Lamar, Rose Marie Brown, Decorah, Iowa, Sister Renee Dreiling, Great Bend, and Barbara Gamble, Lamar; four brothers, John, Eunice, La, George, Arvada, Cob., and Joe and Clarence, both of Garden City, two sisters, Rosie Knoll, Garden City, and Sister Virginia Burgardt, Great Bend; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, three sisters and two granddaughters.
Vigil service and rosary will be at 5 p.m. CDT Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Garden City Funeral Mass will be at 10 &m. CDT Tuesday at the church. Friends may call from 3 to 6 p.m. MDT Sunday at Valley Memorial Funeral Chapel, Lanai; and from 2 to 6:30 p.m. Monday at the church in Garden City Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery, Garden City.
Memorials may sent to the Dominican Sisters in Great Bend or to Prowers Medical Center, Lamar, both in care of the funeral home, 209 South 5th St., Lamar, CO 81052.
