Jenny was born in Spooner, Wisconsin on January 28 1915 and moved to northern Alberta as a child where she married Erik Lindberg and raised four children. Jenny and Erik retired to Notch Hill about 25 years ago. She was predeceased by her husband Erik in Salmon Arm July 29, 1976.
She is survived by her three daughters, Bernice (Mrs. Gerald Lang) of Oyama, B.C., Darlene (Mrs. Jim Handschuh) of Kamloops, Jane (Mrs. Juergen Stalte) of Fort McMurray, Alberta and her one son Gary Lindberg of Kamloops. Jenny has 18 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister Bell Lindberg of Notch Hill, B.C. and one brother Robert Bruner of Enilda, Alberta and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held in Salmon Arm at Bower’s Funeral Home on Thursday, June 12, 1986 at 2:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Jim Handschuh, Juergen Stolte, Gerald Lang, Lloyd Ostgaard, Gary Lindberg and Darren Hanschuh. (The Kamloops News, Kamloops, B.C., June 11, 1986)
