Janet Carey Mack, 76, of Westvale died Sunday. Born in Syracuse , she graduated from St. Anthony of Padua High School in 1942. She was a volunteer before becoming a blood drive coordinator for the American Red Cross. She was a communicant of St. Charles of Borromeo Church. A son, Joseph Jr., died in 1989; another son, Daniel, died in 1995.
Survivors: Her husband, Joseph J. Sr.; three daughters, Catherine Parenteau of Syracuse , Barbara Czornij of Lakeland and Mary Dorsey of Fairmount; a son, William of Syracuse ; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. Services: 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at Tindall Funeral Home and 9 a.m. in St. Charles of Borromeo Church. Burial, Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
