Henry G. Wamboldt, 81, of 1718 ½ Ninth Avenue, died early Thursday at a Scottsbluff hospital. He was born Aug, 15, 1879 at Dietel, Russia. He was married to Eva Mill Dec. 27, 1900 in Russia. They came to the United States in 1907, going first to Garden City, Kan., and then a year later to Fort Collins, Colo. They moved to Scottsbluff County in 1909, where he farmed until retiring in 1946 when they moved to Scottsbluff. Mrs. Wamboldt died in 1957. He was a member of the Emmanuel Congregational Church. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Emmanuel Congregational Church with the Rev. Henry Schneider officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. There will be a family prayer service at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Benson-Coulthard Funeral Home preceding the service at the church.
