There are no death records for this Maurer infant, and there is no marker. The baby was buried May 4, 1911 in "potter's field" in the southwest corner of Mt. Olivet Cemetery. That was a little less than seven months after the stillbirth of sibling "Baby Louise," who was the first burial on the nearby Maurer plot. At home were siblings Francis, 9, and Maurice, 2. A year later, sister Mary was born. There are family stories, but no evidence, of other still born infants simply buried on the family farm in Pennfield.
