Mrs. Alice Adams, 80, Rising Sun, died Sunday in Dearborn County Hospital, Lawrenceburg.
A native and former resident of Jefferson County, she was the widow of Earl Edwards Adams, who preceded her in death in 1966.
She is survived by a son, Earl William, Rising Sun; three daughters: Mrs. Norma Jean Ayler, Madison; Mrs. Mary Bowman, and Mrs. Dorothy Carrigan, both of Rising Sun; a sister, Mrs. Bernice Couglass, Madison; two brothers:, Gilbert Schnabel, Boonton, N. J., and Raymond Schnable, Phoenix, Ariz.; 12 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held tomorrow at 1 p.m. EDT at the Humphrey-Taylor Funeral Home, Rising Sun, where friends may call today from 5 until 9 p.m. EDT. Eastern Star services are to be held at 7 p.m. EDT. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery, Madison.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Rising Sun Life Squad or the Heart Fund.
