SISTER ROSALIA KNOTT, 83, of Maple Mount died there Sunday. She was born in Rome, Ky., and had taught elementary school at Curdsville, Louisville, and Owensboro and at the St. Angela Convent in Louisville prior to her retirement in 1962. She was a member of the Mount St. Joseph Ursuline Community. Survivors include a brother, Proctor Knott of Owensboro, and a sister, Ethel Howard, also of Owensboro. Prayer services are 12:30 p.m. today in the convent chapel at Mount Saint Joseph. Funeral services at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel. Burial in the convent cemetery. Visitation after the prayer services in the motherhouse at Maple Mount. Delbert J. Glenn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. (obituary from Phil Burch)
