Proctor Paul Knott, 91, of 510 E. 23rd St., Owensboro, died Sunday, July 15, 1990, at his home. He was born in Daviess County, was a retired carpenter, and was a member of Blessed Mother Catholic Church. His wife, Mary Florence Knott, died in 1981. Survivors include four sons, Martin E., Charles M. and Walter E. Knott, all of Owensboro, and Paul M. Knott of Miamisburg, Ohio; seven daughters, Mrs. Mary Louise Alvey of Leitchfield, Mrs. Alma Gaw of Owensboro, Mrs. Rosita Libs of Evansville, Mrs. Marilyn Cavalier and Ms. Roberta Knott, both of Houston, Texas, Mrs. Kathleen Boldrick of Santa Maria, Calif., and Mrs. Dorothy Elder of Sorgho; 34 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren. Services are at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Blessed Mother Catholic Church. Burial in St. Anthony Catholic Church Cemetery, Browns Valley. Visitation from 2-8 p.m. today at James H. Davis Funeral Home, where prayers will be said at 7 p.m.
