Carolyn Anderson, age 79 of Brownsville, TX, died Monday, October 1, 1990 at the Village at Valley Inn Nursing Home in Brownsville. Carolyn was born September 8, 1911 in Lincoln, NE to Gottlieb and Louise (Mohr) Mathiesen. She had lived in Brownsville since 1970 with her husband, Leonard Anderson who preceded her in death in 1986.
Carolyn is survived by one brother, David Mathiesen of Belleville, KS; three sisters, Hellen Fellars of Brownsville, Mollie Thomasen and Kathryn Burton, both of Chester, NE; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Graveside services for the interment of ashes were held at 1:30 P.M. Thursday, October 1, 1990 at the Villisca, Iowa Cemetery.
