Eva Violeta Amelia was baptized on August 20, 1906, at San Juan Bautistas Parish, Chañar Ladeado, Santa Fe, Argentina, second lawful child of Eli Samuel Wheeler, known as Eloy, aged 40 and of Rosa Elena Galice, aged 25, both Argentine as well as residing at Cafferata; being her godparents: Alberto Perkin, aged 30, English, residing in the city of Buenos Aires, represented by Joaquín Galice, aged 27, and Amelia de la Barrera, aged 24, both Argentine and residing at Cafferata as well.

On September 20, 1929, she got married aged 23 and single, in a civil ceremony at Cafferata, with Alberto Eduardo Perkin, aged 24, bachelor, employee, born and residing in the city of Buenos Aires either, son of Alberto Perkin, deceased, and of María Elena Wheeler, aged 60, native of England, residing in the said city and living on her own funds. The witnesses to the ceremony were Juan Enrique Perkin, aged 49, Argentine, residing in Córdoba and Federico Alberto Wheeler, aged 24. The couple had also a church wedding. They had only one daughter.

She was buried on January 23, 1991, the day after she had died, next to her family.

Her siblings were: Federico Alberto, Percy Cyril, Cecilio, Rosa Elena, Cecil Ralph, Hilda Haydée, Celina 'Elsie' and Eduardo Edsel.
