By 1925, thanks to a letter sent to him by his father we get to know 'Tito' was attending school, in Rosario, Province of Santa Fe and was staying at his uncle Wallace Wheeler's.
On May 17, 1943, Tito, aged 30 years, bachelor, got married by Eduardo Rodriguez, parish curate, with Elena María Esther Casey, known as Nena, aged 27, single, native of Argentina, lawful daughter of Tomás Casey and María Kenny, at the Parish of Inmaculada Concepción, Venado Tuerto, Province of Santa Fe; being Elena O'Brien, nee Casey and Federico Wheeler their witnesses to the ceremony.
They had three children who have always worked with him at the property they own in the countryside.
He died at 88 years of age at Venado Tuerto but was buried at Cafferata where the Wheeler family owns their burial place.
His siblings were: Federico Alberto, Eva Violeta Amelia, Percy Cyril, *Cecilio, Rosa Elena, Hilda Haydée, Celina 'Elsie' and Eduardo Edsel (*died at a short age)
