On May 12, 1882, Reverend Luis Reale, Lieutenant Curate, baptized Rosa Elena, second lawful child of Louis Joachim Galice, native of France, merchant by trade and of Elena Gallegos, Argentine, at the Parish of Nuestra Señora del Rosario, Rosario, Province of Santa Fe, Argentina; being her godparents Elías and Margarita Gallegos.

In 1887, Rosita was counted aged 5, living with her parents and one brother, Joaquín, in a census for San José de la Esquina, Province of Santa Fe.

In 1895, again she was counted, aged 13, living with her parents and 3 siblings, in a census for Villa Cafferata, Province of Santa Fe.

In 1902, she donated an image of Santa Rosa de Lima to the church of Villa Cafferata.

At La Italiana, district of Marcos Juarez, Province of Córdoba, on September 7, 1903, Rosa, aged 21 years, single, residing at Villa Cafferata, got married with Eli Samuel Wheeler, known as 'Eloy', aged 37, native of Argentina, residing in Villa Cafferata as well, 'estanciero' by trade, son of Joseph Whilding Wheeler and of Isabella Gilmore, both deceased. The witnesses to the ceremony were Francisco Perez and Leonardo Blyth.

They had the following children: Federico Alberto, Eva Violeta Amelia, Percy Cyril, *Cecilio, Rosa Elena, Cecil Ralph, Hilda Haydée, Celina 'Elsie' and Eduardo Edsel.

She died of an illness, widow, residing in Venado Tuerto, but was buried at the burial place owned by her family at Cafferata.

She had the following siblings: Joaquín Octavio, Eusebio 'Deolindo', *Ernesto, Maximino, Luis Julio, Celina, *Alfredo, Maria 'Ester'and Hector Ignacio. (*died at childbirth or in infancy)
