On February 15, 1936, Percy, aged 28, bachelor, stockowner by occupation, got married in Rosario, Province of Santa Fe, Argentina, with his cousin Violeta Isabel Wheeler, aged 23, single, a biochemist by profession, born and residing at the said city, daughter of Wallace Woodbine Whilding Wheeler, stockowner by occupation and of Isolina Minerva Moore, a housewife, both Argentine and residing at the said City as well; being the witnesses to the ceremony: Alfredo Mc Clymont, aged 63, residing at 112- B Boulevard Oroño and Isolina Minerva Wheeler, nee Moore, aged 48, residing at 2857 Catamarca street, both located in Rosario.
The couple lived at 'Las Aromas', Cafferata, Province of Santa Fe, for good and had a daughter (deceased) and two further sons

He died of illnes at San Rafael, Mendoza, Argentina, aged 86, widowed, but his remains were buried at the Cementerio de Disidentes located in Rosario, on October 30, 1994.
