Rites for Mrs. Allen Tomorrow
Funeral Services will be held at 3 p.m. tomorrow at Rosen Heights Baptist Church for Mrs. Mary Ellen Allen, 83, a 65 year resident of Tarrant County who died yesterday in a convalescent home. Burial will be in Bluebonnet Hills.
Mrs. Allen, a native of Collin County, is the mother of the Rev. R. Earl Allen, pastor of Rosen Heights Baptist Church.
Survivors also include eight other sons, George, Edward, Earnest, James A., Robert and Floyd Allen of Fort Worth; LeRoy Allen of Irving and the Rev. John H. Allen, who is with the Baptist Home Mission Board in Atlanta; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Ellen Willis of Richmond, VA; a sister, Mrs. Betty Crick of Abilene, 20 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
