Surviving are his wife, Ethel, a son, Roy A. Kisner and a daughter, Miss Ruth M. Kisner, all of the home; his mother, Mrs. Catherine Kisner of 542 East Gordon; four brothers, Joseph Kisner of 548 Sardou, George Kisner of East Laurent, Matthew and Pete Kisner of Oelwein, Ia.; four sisters, Mrs. Anna Bellendier of Oelwein; Mrs. Mary Porubsky of 542 East Gordon, Mrs. George Summers of 516 East Gordon and Mrs. William Miller of 829 Green.
