He was born May 29, 1912 in Topeka where he spent most of his life. He was employed at the State Office Building.
He was married to the former Meletta Wilkins. She survives.
Other survivors include a son, George Kisner, with the Navy at Albany, Ga.; a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Burdett, Rossville; a brother, Joe Kisner, 548 Sardou; four sisters, Mrs. Marie Miller, 829 Green, Mrs. Catherine Sommers, 516 E. Gordon, Mrs. Mary Porubsky, 542 E. Gordon, and Mrs. Anna Bellendier, Oelwein, Iowa; and eight grandchildren.
Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Mr. Kisner will lie in state afternoon Saturday at Davidson-Duff Funeral Home where rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m.
