She was born Aug. 21, 1905, in Pfeifer, Russia, the daughter of Casper and Catherine Steckman Kisner.
She immigrated to Topeka in June 1906 with her parents. She was a member of the Church of the Assumption and the LULAC Senior Center. Mrs. Miller worked in the egg department of Seymour Foods for many years until retiring in the 1970s.
She married William E. Miller on Nov. 12, 1928, in Topeka. He died July 27, 1955.
Survivors include a son, William G. Miller, Topeka; and a brother, Joseph Kisner, Topeka.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Monday at the Church of the Assumption. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Mrs. Miller will lie in state from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, where a Parish Rosary will be recited at 3 p.m. Sunday.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Church of the Assumption, 204 W. 8th St., Topeka, Kan. 66603.
