JENNIE MAE RHODES, 73, of Route 4, Utica, died Saturday, Oct. 11, 1986, at Mercy Hospital. She was born in Daviess County and was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and the Army of Mary and Family of Sons and Daughters. Her husband, Thomas H. Rhodes, died in 1973. Survivors include five sons, James D. Rhodes, Haubstadt, Ind., Martin E. Rhodes of Utica, Thomas H. Rhodes Jr. of Florence, Ariz., George V. Rhodes of Livermore and Charles D. Rhodes of Madisonville; five daughters, Mrs. Darold (Laura) Riley of Calhoun, Mrs. William (Rosie) Roberts, Mrs. Tony (Thomasine) Weise, Mrs. Larry (Judy) Jennings and Mrs. Ron (Martha) Kaelin, all of Owensboro; 24 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; a brother, Charlie Barr of Bradenton, Fla.; and two sisters, Ethel Thompson of Philpot and Theresa Higdon of Owensboro. Services are at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Anthony Catholic Church. Burial in St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church Cemetery, Whitesville. Visitation after noon today at Haley-McGinnis Funeral Home where prayers will be said at 6 p.m. and Army of Mary prayers will be said at 6:30 p.m.
